Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund on a digital product from The Occupancy Report.

Our guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a digital product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just email us at theoccupancyreport.co@gmail.com with your order details (the email address you used and the product name), and we'll take care of it. You don't need a complicated reason — if it wasn't what you hoped for, let us know.

How refunds are processed

Purchases are handled by Gumroad, our checkout and payment provider. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Gumroad, typically within a few business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You may request a refund either by emailing us or through Gumroad's standard process.

After the 14-day window

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, we generally can't offer refunds after 14 days. If something is genuinely wrong — for example, a broken download link or a file you can't open — contact us anytime and we'll make it right, whether by fixing the issue or providing a replacement.

Bundles

If you purchased a bundle (such as The Complete STR Host Kit), the 14-day guarantee applies to the bundle as a whole.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please reach out to us first — we're quick to respond and happy to help. Contacting us directly is almost always faster than filing a dispute with your bank.
